Tour Guide (FM)

The Field Manager is responsible for ensuring that our Tourism services are executed efficiently with 100% Customer satisfaction In Tourist Destinations.

Responsibilities

  •  Taking Care of Tourists in All Tourism Activities like Room check, Transport arrangements, Tourist spot Guidance etc.
  • Manage daily operations and address any issues that arise for Tourist Guests.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, progress, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tour Executions, including incident reports, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Collection of Payments from tourist Guests & Setting it To Vendor/ Company.

Qualification:

  • Language Proficiency in Telugu, Kannada , Hindi.
  • Prior experience in the Travel Industry is a advantage.

Scope

  • Once you Join as Field Manager, it's not Your End Job. It's Starting point of Ladder.
    Well The next Steps of Ladder are as follows
  • If Your performance as Field manager/ Tour Guide is Consistently High for First 12 months , You will Promoted for FM- Leadership Training If You Character suites for Company Goals.
  • So then Next based on that 6 months Leadership Training, You will be Promoted To 'FM Leader' With Pay Hike & Extra Privileges.
  • If company Continues To see Excellent Success In Tour Execution under Your Leadership, Then You will be Promoted as 'Regional Service Manager' where Price Hike will be minimum 1.5X of Your Initial Pay and Added Privileges will be provided.

Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 26,000, plus a two-wheeler provided at the tourist destination. Lunch and dinner will also be provided free by the company.

Selection Process:

  • All potential employees must undergo a 30-day training period prior to formal employment.
  • The training is completely practical, involving tasks only; there is no observation period.

Stipend During Training:

  • Candidates who successfully complete the training period will receive a stipend of ₹20,000.

Formal Employment:

  • We will select you after one month of training with Stipend. Based on your performance during this first month, you will be considered for inclusion in the team. If your performance is poor, you may be disqualified during the training period
  • The company can terminate you during the training period if your performance is unsatisfactory, and your stipend will not be paid
  • Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be officially employed in their designated roles.
