Qualification:

  • Minimum 6 Month Experience in Sales.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is highly advantageous.

    • Once you Join as JTE, it's not Your End Job. It's Starting point of Ladder.Well The next Steps of Ladder are as follows
    • Junior Travel Expert* : Initial role focusing on learning and customer Engagement.
    • Travel consultant:* After Proving your skills , you can advance to this role, taking on more responsibilities and handling complex travel plans
    • Senior Travel Consultant: Lead a team, mentor junior and manage high- value clients.
    • Sales Manager: oversee the sales department, develop strategies and ensure targets are met
    • Regional sales Head: Manage sales operations Across Multiple Regions, contributing to Companywide Growth
    Rs. 25,000 per month as base salary, plus allowances and incentive benefits up to Rs. 3,000 per month. Rent allowance or transport allowance can be provided as per your needs.”

    Selection Process:

    • All potential employees must undergo a 30-day training period prior to formal employment.
    • The training is completely practical, involving tasks only; there is no observation period.

    Stipend During Training:

    • Candidates who successfully complete the training period will receive a stipend of ₹20,000.

    Formal Employment:

    • We will select you after one month of training with Stipend. Based on your performance during this first month, you will be considered for inclusion in the team. If your performance is poor, you may be disqualified during the training period
    • The company can terminate you during the training period if your performance is unsatisfactory, and your stipend will not be paid
    • Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be officially employed in their designated roles.
