Account Executive
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, primarily based in Chennai or Goa.
As an Account Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve:
1. Managing individual and B2B customer accounts.
Recording the books of accounts in Zoho Books.
2. Checking customer payments and receipts daily.
3. Assisting the sales team with advance receipts.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Knowledge of the Tourism & Hotel Management industry.
- Experience in GST R1 and 3B return filings, and TDS return filings.
- Managing books of accounts, passing journal entries, and bank statement
reconciliations in Zoho Books. - Coordination with banking executives for loans, communication updates, and salary
accounts. - Full knowledge of accounting principles & concepts.
- MIS report preparation in Excel.
- Monthly profit and loss account preparation.
- Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Account Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Academic Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
MSME, MCA, and other government websites.
